Ajwa Fun World & Resort Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Ajwa Fun World & Resort Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons/employees and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter (Q4FY26) and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting and the results announcement will be intimated separately.
