The board also approved the Notice of the AGM, the Board of Director's Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Santukumar Pranlal Lalani as an Independent Director for a five-year term. Additionally, the reappointment of S P V P & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors and the appointment of M/s. V. N. VASANI & ASSOCIATES as E-voting Scrutinizer were approved for member consideration at the AGM.
