AKI India Appoints Four New Directors, Reconstitutes Committees

AKI India Ltd announced the appointment of four new directors to its board: Mrs. Sarika Agrawal and Mr. Abdul Rashid Khan as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors, Mr. Veqarul Amin as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director, and Ms. Naba Fatima as an Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director.
