AKI India Board Approves Material Related Party Transactions

AKI India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, considered and recommended material related party transactions with M/s. AKI UK Limited for shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved the notice for the 32nd AGM, scheduled for September 23, 2026, to be held via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting commenced at 5:00 PM and concluded at 6:00 PM at the company's registered office in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
