Aayush Art and Bullion Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Belim Rifaqathussain Mehboobbhai as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 24, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Mehboobbhai brings over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, including expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and ERP systems.
