Aayush Art and Bullion Ltd: AGM Notice & Annual Report Submission

Aayush Art and Bullion Limited has announced the submission of the Notice for its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. The AGM is scheduled for September 10, 2026. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, also approved proposals for seeking member approval on loans, guarantees, securities, and investments up to ₹100 crores, as well as borrowing powers up to ₹100 crores. The appointment of a scrutinizer for remote e-voting was also approved, along with an update to the company's corporate office address.
