Aayush Art: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed, Committees Reconstituted

Aayush Art And Bullion Limited announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on September 22, 2026, noted the resignation of Mr. Piyush Parmar from the position of Non-Executive Director, effective the same day. Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Bikash Rasily as an Additional Non-Executive Director. Mr. Rasily is a marketing professional with over five years of experience. Following these changes, the Board also approved the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with Mr. Bikash Rasily replacing Mr. Piyush Parmar in all three committees.
