Subhash Phootarmal Rathod and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in AKME FINTRADE (INDIA) LTD. Under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, the acquirers, who are not part of the Promoter/Promoter group, increased their stake. Before the acquisition, their collective holding was 8.774% (37,460,674 shares). They acquired an additional 3.556% (15,175,825 shares) through open market purchases between May 20, 2026, and May 27, 2026. Following this acquisition, their total holding, along with PACs, now stands at 12.014% (51,274,279 shares) of the total diluted share/voting capital of AKME FINTRADE (INDIA) LTD.
