Akme Fintrade to Consider ₹350 Cr NCD Issue

Akme Fintrade (India) Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 10, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the issuance of Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed and Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to ₹350 Crores on a private placement basis. The Loan & Investment Committee will be empowered to manage the NCD issuance process. Additionally, the company has informed that the trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
