Aksh Optifibre: NCLAT Halts CIRP Steps, Company Operations Continue

Aksh Optifibre Limited's promoter has appealed to the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) against an NCLT order initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The NCLAT, on June 30, 2026, directed the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to halt further steps under the NCLT order. The company's affairs and operations will continue under the IRP's supervision, with assistance from the appellant (promoter), officers, and employees. The appellant is permitted to deposit ₹2 Cr principal plus interest totaling ₹3,33,14,075/- in installments.
