
Aksh Optifibre Receives NCLT Order on CIRP
Aksh Optifibre Limited has received the order dated June 19, 2026, from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jaipur Bench, concerning the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The order confirms that the opinion rendered by the Hon'ble Technical Member on January 21, 2026, shall be treated as the majority opinion and thus constitutes the final order. This follows the company's earlier disclosures regarding the commencement of CIRP and the public announcement made under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The NCLT also ordered an interim payment of ₹1 Lakh to the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) for initiating the CIRP process within three days, to be considered as CIRP cost, with the Committee of Creditors (CoC) to finalize the IRP's fee in a future meeting.
