AksharChem India Ltd has announced September 15, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend was recommended by the Board of Directors on May 21, 2026, and is subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 22, 2026.
