JSW Dulux Recommends Deloitte as Statutory Auditor

The Board of Directors of JSW Dulux Limited has recommended the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP as the Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 72nd Annual General Meeting. This follows the completion of the term of Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹50 per equity share for FY 2025-26 and appointed M/s. Chandra Wadhwa & Co. as the Cost Auditors for Financial Year 2026-27. Additionally, Ms. Ritika Chopra was appointed as Senior Management Personnel.
