Alan Scott Enterprises Acquires Controlling Stake in Alanscott Learnix & Alan Scott Vajrashakti, Sets Up Two Subsidiaries

Alan Scott Enterprises Ltd. has acquired controlling stakes in Alanscott Learnix Private Limited (ASLPL) and Alan Scott Vajrashakti Private Limited (ASVPL). The acquisition of ASLPL, which specializes in AI-driven education solutions, supports the company's growth and expansion plans. ASVPL, on the other hand, will undertake research and development activities for Alan Scott Envirotech Private Limited, thereby supporting innovation and technological advancement within the group. Additionally, the company is setting up two new subsidiaries, Alan Scott Bluverge Private Limited and Alanscott Omnis Al Private Limited. The acquisition of ASLPL and ASVPL is a related party transaction, with Mr. Sureshkumar Jain, the promoter of Alan Scott Enterprises, being connected to the transaction in his capacity as promoter of the holding company of ASLPL and ASVPL. The transactions are being undertaken on a fair and transparent basis and are in the best interests of the company and its stakeholders.
