Trading Window of Alankit Ltd. to Close for Quarter and Year Ended 31st March, 2026

Alankit Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for persons specified under the Code, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will begin from 1st April 2026 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the aforesaid Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company will be communicated later.
