Alfa Transformers Appoints Jayramrao Marathe as Additional Director

Alfa Transformers Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Jayramrao Marathe as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Non-independent Director. The appointment is effective from July 17, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting on July 28, 2026. Mr. Marathe brings over 36 years of experience as a top management professional, having previously served as Joint Managing Director with Madhya Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd. He is not related to any existing director on the board and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
