Alfa Transformers Appoints PBM & Associates as Internal Auditors for 2 Years

Alfa Transformers Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. PBM & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Internal Auditors. This appointment was approved by the shareholders at their meeting held on July 28, 2026. The firm will serve for a period of two years, commencing from the conclusion of the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 46th AGM. The appointment is in compliance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013, and aims to strengthen internal controls, improve risk management, and ensure compliance across operations. PBM & Associates has extensive experience in company audit, tax audit, and internal audit.
