
Alfavision acquires 34% in Alfa Valley, plans ₹300 Cr tourism project
Alfavision Overseas India Ltd's Board approved the acquisition of 34% equity shares in Alfa Valley Resort & Wellness Private Limited from its promoters. This will increase Alfavision's stake to 74%, making Alfa Valley a subsidiary. The acquisition, costing ₹34,000, is part of Alfavision's expansion into the hospitality and tourism sector. The Board also approved a joint application with Della Resort & Adventure Private Limited for 113 hectares of government land in Madhya Pradesh for an Ultra Mega Tourism Project. This project has an estimated investment of ₹300 Crore, with Della Resort & Adventure as the operating partner. The acquisition is a related party transaction, approved by the Audit Committee and Board, and conducted on an arm's length basis, expected to complete by July 15, 2026.
