Alfavision Overseas Appoints Legal Counsel for ₹2,000 Cr Project

Alfavision Overseas (India) Limited has appointed Wadia Ghandy & Co., Advocates & Solicitors, as its legal counsel for a proposed development project. This project involves approximately 220 acres in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) potential exceeding ₹2,000 Crores. The collaboration is with Della Resorts & Adventure Private Limited. The legal counsel will assist in finalizing the collaboration agreement and provide advisory services for the integrated real estate, hospitality, and leisure development. This appointment is a step towards documentation and legal structuring, with the project still subject to due diligence, negotiations, and approvals.
