Alfavision Overseas Approves FY26 Financial Results

Alfavision Overseas India Ltd's Board of Directors approved the standalone audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the statement of assets, liabilities, and cash flow statement. The board also took on record the audit reports issued by the statutory auditors. CS Ankit Gupta was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 1, 2026. Mrs. Niharika Roongta resigned as an Independent Director, effective May 30, 2026.
