Alfavision Overseas India Ltd Secures Letter of Intent for Land Acquisition in Ujjain

Alfavision Overseas India Ltd has secured a Letter of Intent No. MPSTC/95/MNG/97/ASSETS/ITU/1384 dated 28/11/1998 from MP Textile Corporation for the acquisition of 9.8 Acres of land in Ujjain. The company's bid was listed before the Hon’ble High Court on 09 December 2025, where the court heard the matter on the question of admission and issued notices to the respondents. The company is required to pay the process fee by R.A.D. mode within seven (7) working days, failing which the petition will be automatically dismissed. The notices have been made returnable within eight (8) weeks.
