Alfavision Overseas India Ltd Wins Letter of Intent for 9.8 Acres of Land in Ujjain

Alfavision Overseas India Ltd has been awarded a letter of Intent No. MPSTC/95/MNG/97/ASSETS/ITU/1384 dated 28/11/1998 from MP Textile Corporation Ltd for acquiring 9.8 Acres of land situated at Ujjain. The company filed a Writ Petition 30041/2022 before the Hon’ble High Court, Bench at Indore on 09 December 2025. The Hon’ble Court has heard the matter on the question of admission and issued notice to the respondents, directing that the process fee be paid by R.A.D. mode within seven (7) working days. The notices have been made returnable within eight (8) weeks. Alfavision is taking necessary steps to comply with the directions of the Hon’ble Court and will keep the Exchange informed of any further material developments in this matter.
