Alfavision Overseas plans ₹2,250 Cr MP township project

Alfavision Overseas (India) Limited has provided an update on its proposed racecourse-themed luxury integrated township project in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. The project, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹2,250 crore, involves developing around 220 acres. The update was shared during the Madhya Pradesh Urban Growth Conclave 2.0, where the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh met with company representatives. The Department of Urban Development and Housing, Government of Madhya Pradesh, has conveyed its assurance of support for the project, which will include hospitality, villas, resorts, and wellness facilities. The development is expected to boost tourism, employment, and economic growth in the state.
