Alfred Herbert India Ltd Sells 5th Floor of Kolkata Building for INR 14.34 Crores

Alfred Herbert India Ltd has entered into a definitive registered deed of conveyance for the sale of the 5th floor of its property situated at 13/3, Strand Road, Kolkata-700 001. The sale is to M/s. Mask Credit Pvt Ltd for a total consideration of INR 14, 34,05,000 (Rupees fourteen crores thirty four lakhs and five thousand only). The company has clarified that there is no relationship between the parties and the transaction is not a related party transaction. The company will disclose additional details to the stock exchange in case of termination of the agreement.
