Algoquant Fintech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's 'Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives'. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees/persons, Promoters of the company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the company either directly or indirectly during this period.
