Alka India Allots 15 Lakh Bonus Equity Shares

Alka India Ltd has allotted 15,00,000 bonus equity shares of Re. 1/- each, fully paid-up, in the ratio of 6:1. This decision was made following a resolution passed in the 32nd Annual General Meeting on May 4, 2026, and approved by the Board of Directors on May 11, 2026. The bonus shares were allotted to members (excluding promoters and promoter groups) listed in the register on the record date of May 8, 2026. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹50,00,000 to ₹65,00,000.
