Alka Securities Closes Trading Window for H1 FY27 Financials

Alka Securities Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. The window will be effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results. During this period, directors, employees, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares and securities, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
