Alka Securities Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Financials

Alka Securities Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in effect from July 1, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The purpose of this closure is to facilitate the Board of Directors' consideration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
