Alkem Laboratories to Acquire Adroit Biomed Limited for INR 140 Crores

Alkem Laboratories Ltd has agreed to acquire 100% stake of M/s. Adroit Biomed Limited, a company incorporated in India, through a share purchase agreement. The transaction is proposed to be completed on or before April 1, 2025, subject to customary conditions to closing. Adroit is a pharmaceutical healthcare company with focus on dermato-cosmetology, incorporated in India with a turnover of INR 53.55 crores for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The acquisition cost is INR 140 crores, payable in two tranches, subject to adjustment on account of debt & debt like items & change in normalized working capital as on closing date and other appropriate closing adjustments. This acquisition aims to facilitate expansion into the Dermatology & Cosmetology segment.
