The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will continue till 48 hours after the communication of the audited financial results for the year ended on March 31, 2026, to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board meeting for the consideration of these financial results is yet to be intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
