Allcargo Global Subsidiary Acquires 10% Stake in ECUnordicon AB

Allcargo Global Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ecu Global N.V., has acquired an additional 10% stake in ECUnordicon AB (formerly ECU Worldwide (Nordicon) AB) for SEK 17,600,000. This acquisition, completed on July 28, 2026, brings Ecu Global N.V.'s total shareholding in ECUnordicon AB to 100%. The target entity operates in the Multimodal Transportation & Warehousing industry, with a net revenue of SEK 462,555,733 for the Jan-Dec 2025 period. The acquisition was executed via a put option in a prior shareholders' agreement. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required.
