Allcargo Logistics Subsidiary Acquires Full Stake in Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia

Allcargo Logistics Ltd. announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ecuhold N.V., has acquired an additional 30% stake in Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC. This acquisition, made for a consideration of SAR 10 million, brings Ecuhold N.V.'s total stake in Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC to 100%. The acquisition is in compliance with local regulatory requirements and is not a related party transaction. Ecu-Line Saudi Arabia LLC is a logistics company registered in Saudi Arabia, with a turnover of 13,065 Lakhs as of June 30, 2025. The acquisition is part of Allcargo Logistics' strategy to expand its business and increase its presence in the Saudi Arabian market.
