Alliance Integrated Metaliks Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Alliance Integrated Metaliks Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from 01 April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of these results will be intimated in due course. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during this period.
