
Allied Blenders: Monish Bhasin appointed CRO; Manoj Rai resigns
Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, approved the appointment of Mr. Monish Bhasin as the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and KMP, effective from July 1, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Manoj Kumar Rai has resigned from his position as CRO and KMP, with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026. Mr. Rai cited his parents' deteriorating health as the reason for his resignation. Mr. Bhasin brings over 28 years of experience in the alco-bev and consumer goods sectors, having previously served as Vice President – Sales, Southern Region at United Spirits Limited, where he focused on driving growth and market execution.
