Allied Digital Secures Rs. 80 Crore Follow-Up Order for Pune Smart City Project, Taking Cumulative Value to Over Rs. 500 Crore

Allied Digital Services Limited has received an additional order valued at Rs. 80 crore for the design, supply, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive CCTV-based surveillance system in Pune City. This order, which aims to improve safety in the ghats, tekdis, hills, and secluded areas, builds upon the original order of Rs. 430 crore announced in October 2024. The cumulative value of both orders is now over Rs. 500 crore. This initiative is a response to increasing concerns among citizens regarding rising criminal activity in these vulnerable locations. The project includes deploying high-definition cameras, improved lighting, public announcement systems, emergency call boxes, and enhanced police patrols with vehicles and drones. The strategic placement of these security components aims to create a safer environment for women, senior citizens, and the community at large.
