Allied Digital Services cancels 500,000 ESOPs

Allied Digital Services Ltd.'s Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the cancellation of 500,000 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) on September 28, 2026. These options were originally granted on November 12, 2024, under the "ADSL Employees Stock Option Plan 2020" with an exercise price of ₹200 per option. The cancellation resulted from a voluntary surrender by the respective employee. The 100,000 vested options are now cancelled. The cancelled options will be returned to the ESOP pool, making them available for future grants in accordance with the plan and applicable SEBI regulations.
