Alok Industries appoints Rajbir Saini as Manager & KMP from April 2026

Alok Industries Limited's Board of Directors has appointed Shri Rajbir Saini as Manager and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The appointment is for a period of three years, effective from April 28, 2026, and is subject to the approval of the company's members. Shri Rajbir Saini is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of diverse experience across manufacturing, textiles, petrochemicals, and research & development sectors. He currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Alok Industries and has previously held key leadership positions within the Reliance Group, including Head of HR at Recron (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. His professional background also includes stints with Larsen & Toubro Limited and the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO). He holds a master's degree from TISS, Mumbai, and a B.Tech (Hons.) from NIT, Kurukshetra.
