Alphageo (India) Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, promoters, designated employees, and specified connected persons. The closure will be in effect from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
