Alphageo Reappoints Dinesh Alla as CMD for 5 Years

Alphageo (India) Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Dinesh Alla as Chairman and Managing Director for a term of five years, effective August 21, 2026. The shareholders approved this at the 39th Annual General Meeting. Mr. Alla, who has been with the company since 1991 and in leadership roles since 2017, will also have his remuneration set for three years from the same date. He is a postgraduate from BITS, Pilani, with extensive experience in geophysical and seismic surveys. He is the spouse of Mrs. Savita Alla, Joint Managing Director, and father of Mr. Sashank Alla, Whole time Director.
