Alphalogic Industries Ltd to hold 6th AGM on Sep 26

Alphalogic Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 2, 2026, approved the notice for the Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 6th AGM is scheduled for September 26, 2026, at 4:30 PM via Video Conferencing/OAVM. The Board also approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and fixed the cut-off and book closure dates. Additionally, the Board recommended the re-appointment of M/s Patki and Soman as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
