Alphalogic Techsys Allots 18 Lakh Warrants to Non-Promoter

Alphalogic Techsys Ltd announced the allotment of 18,00,000 convertible warrants to Vivaro Enterprises Limited, a non-promoter entity, via preferential allotment. Each warrant is priced at Rs. 30, with Rs. 7.5 (25% of the issue price) received upfront. The warrants carry the right to subscribe to one equity share per warrant within 18 months, subject to adjustments for corporate actions. This move is expected to strengthen the company's capital base and potentially increase its equity base upon conversion.
