Alphalogic Techsys Board Meeting on Aug 12 to Approve Q1 FY27 Financials

Alphalogic Techsys Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, both on a standalone and consolidated basis. The meeting will also address other agenda items. Concurrently, the company has informed that the trading window for dealing in its shares will be closed from the time of this intimation until 48 hours after the board meeting's outcome is declared, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
