Sumit Champalal Agarwal, Promoter and Director of Alpine Texworld Ltd, has acquired 80,000 equity shares, representing 0.21% of the company's paid-up share capital. The acquisition took place on September 3rd, 2026, through the open market. Following this transaction, Agarwal's total shareholding in Alpine Texworld Limited (formerly Alpine Spinweave Limited) increased to 42.71%.
