Alps Industries Board Meeting on Nov 13 to Approve Q2 Results

Alps Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also address other incidental matters. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for promoter group, directors, and designated persons has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the publication of the financial results.
