Alstone Textiles (India) Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited (Standalone) Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company has also informed that the trading window for its securities has been closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. The meeting will take place at the company's corporate office in New Delhi.
