Alstone Textiles Files Un-Audited Standalone Results for Q2 FY27

Alstone Textiles (India) Limited has submitted its un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The results were approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on October 7, 2026. The company also provided the Limited Review Report from its statutory auditors, VRSK & Associates, for the same period. The auditors noted that the financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) but highlighted a misstatement regarding interest on loans given and taken.
