Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust announced a total distribution of ₹4.0198 per Unit, comprising ₹2.9473 as Return on Capital and ₹1.0725 as Return of Capital. The record date for this distribution is set as September 9, 2026, with payments expected by September 17, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Ravi Kapoor and Ms. Pratibha Bajaj as directors, subject to shareholder approval.
