Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust announced the approval and adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The decision was made during a Data Link Investment Manager Private Limited board meeting on May 11, 2026. The company has also enclosed the security cover certificate as on March 31, 2026, with respect to the listed Non-Convertible Debentures and confirmed no material deviation in the use of proceeds.
