Amanaya Ventures Appoints First Franchisee for Aurel Forever Yours

Amanaya Ventures Limited has appointed M/s Dharam Pal Bullion & Jewels as the first and founding franchisee for its retail brand "Aurel Forever Yours®". The agreement grants exclusive franchise rights for the Chamba District in Himachal Pradesh. This marks the commencement of the company's franchise-led retail expansion for its gold and silver bullion, jewellery, and allied products. The franchisee will operate the first Aurel Forever Yours® outlet, which was inaugurated on October 11, 2026. The agreement is for a term of 5 years, renewable for another 5 years, with a 12-month lock-in for the franchisee. The company has no shareholding in the franchisee, and the transaction is considered at arm's length, despite a familial relationship between the promoter and the franchisee's partners.
