Kirit Desai Acquires 1.50 Lakh Amanta Healthcare Shares

Kirit Ambalal Desai, a member of the promoter group of Amanta Healthcare Limited, has acquired 1,50,400 equity shares, representing 0.39% of the voting rights, from Pravinchandra Dhanjibhai Mehta, also a promoter group member. The transaction was an off-market inter-se transfer at a consideration of ₹190 per share, executed on September 28, 2026. Following this acquisition, Kirit Desai's total holding in the company increased from 2.90% to 3.29%. The total equity share capital of the company remains 3,88,29,351 shares.
